CLASSES

Scripture encourages us to grow in our faith not just with our hearts and lives, but also with our minds. We are excited to offer classes that are sure to help you grow in your understanding of God, whether you are exploring Christianity for the first time or have been a Christian for years.

PRAYER

Prayer is a part of the lifeblood of our church. Through prayer, we offer up to God our desires, confession, repentance, and thanksgiving in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We would be delighted to pray with you at the conclusion of worship. You may also submit your prayer needs to the church office.

Redemptive Community.

Redemptive Community.

In a world of disconnection, Cross Creek seeks to build community that is authentic and honest about life’s struggles. The gospel builds healthy connection through life groups, discipleship, marriage building, and nurture of our children.

Life Groups

Life Groups are the primary place where you are known and cared for at Cross Creek. It is within these small communities that men, women, and families can build personal relationships and practice applying the gospel to their lives. Comprised of 6 to 12 people, Life Groups meet in homes throughout the community two to four times a month, for worship, Bible study, fellowship and prayer. Many groups also participate in monthly service projects and social events. As God made us for community, we need others to help us apply the gospel to our lives. Our hope is that everyone who attends our church will be involved in a Life Group.

STAGES OF LIFE

A great way to connect to others at Cross Creek is through groups and programs that relate to the stage of life you are in. Whether you are a student, a single adult, engaged, married, a parent, or retired, there are places for you to connect with others who are at a similar age and stage of life.

Relentless Mission.

In a world of self-absorption, Cross Creek seeks to be kingdom-driven through relentless acts of mercy, grace, and compassion. The gospel brings health and healing to the hurting of our community and the world.

Serve the Church

We are committed to empowering servant leaders for ministry. Our hope is that every serving volunteer will gain a deeper understanding of the gospel, meaningful participation in the mission, and fuller connection to one another. Contact us to let us know areas of ministry in which you'd like to serve.

SERVE →

Serve the City

We have partnered with several local organizations in order to see God's invisible kingdom made visible here in St. Johns and the greater Jacksonville area. Some of our partnerships include Reformed University Fellowship at UNF, First Coast Women's Services, the Florida Church Planting Network, Relay for Life (ACS), and the Walk to Defeat ALS.

Serve the World

Jesus commanded us to go and make disciples of all nations. To that end, we are committed to praying, giving, and going in order to see the gospel move forward throughout the globe. In particular, we financially support and regularly travel with Spencer & Molly Boulter (6:8 Ministries, Costa Rica) and Chuck & Sheree McArthur (ELI, Liberia).
