At Cross Creek Church we believe God has made you for a purpose. Finding and fulfilling your God-given purpose is one of the greatest discoveries you will make in life. This test is not required for membership; it’s an optional tool to learn more about the role you can play in God’s grand story!

What is SHAPE?
The online S.H.A.P.E. Assessment is a tool to help you discern your unique SHAPE - Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experience. Our prayer is that you will come to understand more fully what it means for you to serve God and His Kingdom so that your passion can meet God's purpose.

Sharing Your Results All SHAPE assessment information is confidential. When you complete your assessment, your results are sent to your email address. If you would like to discuss your results and potential serving opportunities with a ministry leader, you can provide the email address info@crosscreek.us when you submit your assessment and we will receive a copy of your results as well. It is our earnest prayer that you will understand more fully what it means for you to serve God and His Kingdom so that your passion can meet God's purpose.
